Lived in the neighborhood for 30+ years. This is my go-to spot for UPS drop offs. All these comments that speaks highly, especially for John, I can guarantee you, aren't all friends and family. Just today, I am in and out, in less 30 seconds. And half of that time, is just John printing me out the receipt. What most of these 1 star reviews are is nothing but entitlement. Some are complaining about the $1 surcharge or the high prices. These are the same people who haggle stores saying they can find prices cheaper somewhere else and when they're asked where, they come up with nothing. Anyway, I digress. The point is, John has the price right in front as soon as you step in. You only have the medium? John got you the packaging. You need some tape or whatever? John got you too. But when you get charged for these services, its not for the little amount of tape or how easy it is to do it. You're being charged for the CONVENIENCE. Just like how you go to a Deli or convenience store, you are paying FOR THE CONVENIENCE. So if you've done your research, found a better pricing, can print your own label and have the stuff ready to ship then congratulations! You too can be one of the 5 star reviews on here. This is the closest UPS place for me to drop off for years on end and John has been nothing but accommodating to me.

Do not normally write reviews. Working with the owner John shipping 6 packages after closing hours reminded me of what customer service should be. Exceptional hardworking staff with a great line of products and shipping services. Highly recommend.

Cool guy, nice small business, handy shipping products; but I notice that prices are quite high and some feeds don't add up. I will keep dropping off packages and using the service for emergencies to ship but at times it feels odd when you getting a surcharger of 20-30% just because... Thanks for the business. Try to be a bit more transparent why you are charging so much extra and maybe people won't leave these comments.

Very friendly and helpful. John is upfront with his prices and tries to find solutions for your needs. He doesn't just try to sell you any box but tries to figure out a solution with you. My first time there and he was so upbeat and friendly. It does cost $1 to drop off which surprised me but it was fast and efficient with receipt provided. Will come again if necessary!

John is such a nice guy and my parents and I have been coming here for years. Even though I moved to LIC, he still remembers me when I come by. I had to ship 2 packages to the west coast yesterday and he was able to give me some great prices which I appreciated. It’s also nice to have the convenience of several shipping services in one spot.

Very nice gentleman, good service, but a bit pricey. Anyway I’ll be returning.

Shipped a package UPS which seemed very costly for the weight and after checking UPS rates it appears I was significantly overcharged but was never informed up front of any additional charges and nowhere did it list an additional store charge fee on the receipt. If you are charging up to one third of the shipping cost as an additional store fee and not even notifying customers or itemizing this on the receipt this is very misleading and dishonest.

John was very helpful. His customer service is amazing. He greets every customer and makes them feel welcome. I will definitely be coming back. Thanks again John for all your help!

I had a good experience with this shipping center. John was very helpful and tried his best to assist me in shipping out my packages. I had to ship out two packages but only presented one valid shipping label. He was nice enough to not charge me extra for coming back later with another label. He is also very efficient and tried to assist other customer to his best. Very honest with pricing and interesting humor. Would recommend this place to my friends and family.
