Reviews
My experience is very similar to a review that was a couple months ago. I was approached at a convention and said I wasn't interested. The rep was very pushy and kept pressuring me until I caved. I paid $20 to "reserve" a spot and was told it would be 100% refundable if I didn't do it. There was no clarification that I had to actually attend the meeting before they refunded it. I wasn't able to attend and had to cancel. When I asked for my money back they said it was nonrefundable. I went back and forth with an agent until they finally agreed to refund me however it has no been 3 weeks and I've received nothing. Don't waste your time with them!

My husband and I were brought to their booth at a the Homeshow where we were promised a week vacation in a condo with several different rooms in several different places for $20 there and then a small fee later. All we had to do was to go and meet with them for a brief presentation about their business and what they do with no pressure. We decided it wouldn't be a bad thing so we signed up and got our appointment.
Initially we were unable to keep our first appointment but we attempted to call them ahead of time to let them know we needed to reschedule because they will not allow any children (even our 6 month old) to be there. I attempted to contact them 2 or 3 times before someone finally answered and told me we could reschedule but that we couldn't change it again and if we were late we wouldn't be allowed in.
We ran into some traffic on the way to our appointment and were late but they let us in anyway which was nice. We were assigned to sit with a saleswoman at a small table where she proceeded to tell us about the program. It's much the same as has been mentioned here. There is a $379 yearly fee and then the week-long vacation is only $179 in a condo with everything provided. It sounded really great and it seemed like the ideal situation for us as we love to travel. After sitting through the great parts the final cost came down. We can join today for only $10000 with some down and then payments per month. But that we would be shown to a manager (closer) and he might give us a better deal. We were introduced to a nice man who was very energetic and said how great the program was and that he actually had 2 or 3 programs for himself and his family. He then stated he could do an offer for us today and have us join for only $9000 or so. We don't believe in going into debt so we had to decline. When we said no, he became quite cold toward us and gave us the information for our week-long getaway telling us to fill things out. We explained we were interested and may come back if we get the finances together. He looked at us with some disgust and told us no one ever comes back.
We went through the process of getting the information so we could make our reservations and started reading all the fine print. There is a $200 deposit that is refundable upon completion of the travel if there is no damage (security deposit). We were allowed to choose 2 different places and the dates. After some discussion and excitement of taking our family on a trip we started reading the fine print again. You have to give them at least 120 days notice for the dates, your travel has to be used within a year, and you get a one bedroom or a studio. If you want something more you have to pay for it. They failed to tell us that there was a 4 month period to book the time and the didn't tell us it would be extra for more rooms. We also started reading how there are other taxes, fees, etc that will probably be charged and would fall on us.
Needless to say we both are very disappointed. The sad thing is we had both discussed trying to save up and to go back and join the club to take advantage of the deals. After feeling as though we have been deceived that idea is no longer there.

Very disappointed with this company and experience. I wish I did not have to leave any stars. Was mislead from the beginning. After jumping through all the hoops with their paperwork, dates, payments, etc. we received a call for our "all inclusive Mexico trip". The representative was actually very nice and honest and informed us that the all inclusive resort is really a low class hotel nowhere near the beach with tea and a donut for the included beverages and meals. She also told us there would be many layovers on our flights, with leaving and returning at undesirable times. Don't waste your time even listening to their presentation. Horrible experience.

We were lured in to hear a promotion. They asked us for contact information and since that date we have had unlimited calls from every hotel and timeshare company pestering us for a "special offer". I would not waste my time. They promised not to release our personal information and they obviously have. DISHONEST.

My wife met this company at an expo. The salesperson told her that the company would allow her to learn more about amazing travel opportunities. She put $20 down to learn more. She instantly regretted it. Look at their reviews and you will discover that these opportunities are almost impossible to book, and that their memberships are expensive. I decided after reading the terrible reviews of this company online that we didn't want to waste our time at one of their meetings. They are supposed to take an hour and a half, but their reviews mention that they take a lot longer! My wife called to ask for a refund and they wouldn’t just let her cancel. Instead they insisted on getting a hold of me so that they could convince me to go. I called them and told them that I didn’t like their high-pressure sales tactics, and I didn’t think they were being honest with my wife. The fact that they wouldn’t just let my wife cancel the meeting was extremely frustrating to me. They are very high-pressure and took advantage of my wife being willing to talk to them. Do not do business with this company.
