The Travel Broker

I had a need for an unexpected trip overseas & found my passport had expired. My husband suggested using The Travel Broker to expedite my passport renewal as his work has used them. I found the building with no problems (not sure why this is even an issue after reading other reviews?), I was helped in a timely, efficient, professional yet friendly manner. My passport was processed faster than the promised date and there was no issues when I retrieved it. I would definitely recommend The Travel Broker, especially if you find yourself in my shoes, in need of an expedited renewal due to unforseen circumstances. It was nice to put that stress on somebody else when I was already too busy!

Despite polarizing reviews, staff performs the services they advertise. Email correspondence was bereft of pleasantries, but effective in communicating needs. I would have given more positive reviews had the staff not lied as to why they slapped a "The Travel Broker" sticker on my passport. I'm extraordinarily annoyed at their shameless promotion on what is essentially the same as my drivers license. Imagine getting your oil changed and walking out to find a Jiffy Lube sticker on your bumper with address and phone number. This agency provides no services one can not provide for themselves using widely available online tools. You pay for their service, not their skills. Considering they offer me a service, and service was weak. Two stars.

I have been waiting to write this 5 star review, confident that based on Travel Brokers reputation, they would deliver! I can't recommend these ladies enough! I had an oversight on my passport expiration date just under 3 weeks before my European trip ( I did not realize you can't travel w/less than 6 months validity on a passport ) and Travel Broker pulled through seamlessly. They quoted me the exact time my passport would arrive and poof it's here! I was so stressed but knew I was in good hands! I'll be referring their services to anyone I can! THANK YOU!

Turns out I did not need there service but they didn't tell me that. I found out when they sent me to the Murray city Clerk who said they should have told me. I guess I should have figured it out when they said they were going to change my flight dates by 3 weeks and I couldn't understand why. So I ended up paying them $200 to fill out my application! Buyer beware!

Excellent service! I do a lot of international travel, and many of the companies I've worked for have large international businesses. Most of the companies and people I work with use Travel Broker for their visa and passport services. I've used these people for over a decade and they have ALWAYS provided excellent work and at a reasonable price. I'm afraid that people who have rated this business poorly are inexperienced and do not understand the complexity of getting visas and passports, let alone what it takes to expedite these services. The Travel Broker can do amazing things, but no one can do the impossible. I have never been disappointed with them. I've used them for myself and my entire family's passports regularly. In fact, I've recommended my adult children use them when they were facing a tight timeline for passports for international travel. I'm so glad that this service is available to us, locally in Utah.
