Great experience trying out a float tank for the first time at Glowspa in Mount Pleasant. The owner took the time to make us feel comfortable by explaining the process and answering any questions we had. Very clean facilities and relaxing atmosphere!

I am a very skeptical person, so the idea of sense deprivation in a float tank was terrifying at first. But I let my husband talk me into it and I’m so glad I did! I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and will do it time and time again. The business was friendly, and most importantly, very clean. 10/10 would recommend.

My partner and I did the Drift Package. Amazing! The best massage I've had in Charleston! Floating is a very interesting experience. The certainly make the whole experience memorable.

This business is finally under new ownership, and I can't say enough good things about the experiences I have had here. I don't believe there is anything in the upstate that can offer what Glowspa now offers. I am a 24 year old student at the College of Charleston. I have been fascinated with the idea of sensory deprivation tanks for some time now. When I first moved to Charleston and found this business, it felt like nothing more than a transaction and an experience that was not too great. The staff was friendly but they actually just sent you to the back on your own to do your thing. Also, the sensory deprivation tanks were not operating correctly, which was the only thing I was actually interested in at the time. NOW, the new owner has done wonders for this place. The owner went beyond just fixing the sensory deprivation tanks, and remodeled the entire spa as well as the experience. The personal touch is INCREDIBLE. My fascination with sensory deprivation and becoming more relaxed for my own well being has skyrocketed. After just one experience, I was hooked. The owner himself seems to be about as great as they come when it comes to being insightful and listening to customers, which I never felt like a customer. I had a gift package and a float on file from over a year ago, and although it expired, he still honored it. He is truly trying to incorporate a brand new experience into what typically goes into a spa, and I love it. The massage therapist was incredible as well. She reiterates the companies attention to you as a person when coming in to work out the tight spots. I have done a float only day, and a package day where you get to steam, float and then have a massage and I highly recommend it. After pushing through a college degree grind for a few years, it was time to relax. This was the perfect place. Also, they offer some crazy discounts for military, students and monthly memberships. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely be going back.
