Visiting from Charlotte for a quick get away with my fiancé. Booked a couples massage the day before and had no trouble getting in. The massages were great. The atmosphere and customer service was awesome. Everyone we encountered was really nice and ready to help you relax. I would recommend Simply Spa for sure!

Staff is always very friendly. Prices are reasonable in comparison to competitors. The waiting area is very calming. They offer tea, hot neck towels, etc in the waiting area which helps you relax and get more out of the massage.

The facial was amazing! It was my first time and she explained everything and it felt great! The massage was also my first and I feel so relaxed after! Both of the ladies were so sweet. Highly recommend this spa!

My husband and I were visiting from Chesapeake, Va for our 5th wedding anniversary and booked a couples massage based off online reviews. The massages were great and everything we were expecting. The pedicures were great. It was a nice relaxing and well needed experience. The whole staff was friendly and cater to your needs.

They canceled on us as we were literally 2 minutes from our arrival. We were 15 minutes early as they requested. I would like to give zero stars if possible. A couple's massage was scheduled. They said one of the therapists had car trouble. That's understandable. What isn't is why they could not suggest pushing the appointment back a 1/2 hour, giving them 45 minutes to allow that employee or another time to get in. We were only in the area for a couple of days, and were looking forward to this time. They've shown they are unreliable, and for that they get this rating.
