I strolled by and decided to use the weight machine because I was feeling body conscious, shaming myself in my head. Russell observed from a distance letting me know his available to assist but simultaneously giving me some privacy. He actually validated my inner thoughts, and gave me some unexpected encouragement to stay on the path that I’m on. He didn’t solicit me to come into the store; however, his positive energy compelled me to walk in to continue listening to his pep talk. Upon browsing as he excused himself to assist a another customer, I found some items that I had been looking for, but only in my head. Thanks Russell, from ShondaYou have a new customer now.

Horrible Experience - went to return an item that was hard as a rock and should have been powder. They didn't have the right staff to exchange it. Called another store for additional help and just put me on the phone to explain myself again. They said they couldn't do anything until a manager was in and I needed to come back. I ended up buying a new product right then and leaving the bad product behind with my number, no manager ever called me. I would not recommend this store to anyone and it's sad because I was spending about $200-$300 a month with them. I will now shop online.
