Everything I need in vitamins and supplements. Great helpful staff. Large selection of products. I have visited this establishment for years. They've always got what I'm specifically looking for.

Good customer service. They have the things I need to make me feel better.

Vitamin shoppe has all kinds of different vitamins and products more than Walmart and GNC

This location is very rude. They only greet certain people and what I mean by that is white people. My wife and I walked in and said good morning and the the white guy at the counter with the red shirt looked at us crazy, but however greeted the white man that came in after us and proceeded to ask if he needed help. He also overheard my wife mention how he was jumping to help the white man that came in and only bothered to ask us if we were ok after the white customer left. I believe that the Vitiman Shoppe management may need classes on customer service. Its about business not what skin color comes in.

ATTENTION MILITARY/ARMED FORCES members: do NOT and I repeat DO NOT give this place your business. They do not care about you and cannot be bothered to honor your military discount unless its on a Monday as it "is an inconvenience to their cashiers" any other day of the week. Overpriced garbage. Buy your stuff online or at GNC. Aleast your business and service is appreciated

I always come to this Vitiman Shoppe ans this is the first time I have incountered horrible customer service. My husband and I walked in and said good morning and the manager looked at us stupid and walked off. I do not want to play the race card, but when a white man walked in he jumped to speak and when I mentioned it. He later asked if we were finding everything ok. Looks like the Vitiman Shoppe needs to find new management that does not see color or assumes that Black clients won't buy anything. I WILL BRING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. DO NOT GO TO THE METAIRR STORE.

Horrible the waitress didn't come around one time they only had one floor open it was so crowded it was hot as hell I was so thirsty but I couldn't get off my machine or someone would have taken it. The only reason I went there is because my friend and my brother wanted to go other than that I wouldn't have gone. I have been going to boomtown since I'm 21 and will be turning 49 January 26th I have not been offered 1 comp for even 1 raisin cookie not get drinks while I'm playing. I've been to islands view 3 times they sent me 3 night stays comps for food & deserts.i'm a little confused & I don't spend no More money there that I don't spend at boomtown.its just how the dice roll the machine spins

Love Vitamin Shoppe but hate Metairie location. More than once I've gone in there only to encounter employees who behave as if they're to good to wait on customers. I've seen them not only ignore them but also drag to ring them up. I prefer the Westbank location which would get 5stars from me.

These people were amazingly awesome enough to not block off their parking lot for Mardi Gras. We were able to safely park our motorhome overnight. Later in the evening a couple of cars pulled and blocked the driveway. Husband went speak to them, as they were outside by their tent, and they said they know the owner and we'd be fine. Being "old school" experienced campers we live by the rules of "leave no trace, take only memories" and "leave it cleaner than you find it". We kept the concrete and grass area clean. After the road crew passed, we cleaned up what they missed. These people, after the road crew passed, left a dirty camp toilet and threw a bag of tea in the roads travel lane! They left a mess! We kept an eye out on their store throughout our time there. Their store was so organized, clean, and nice inside. I wouldn't hesitate to go purchase anything from them. I'm just sorry about the tent people and what they did. I would pay to rent the spot in the future if they should choose to block it.
