GNC

GNC is way over priced. They have crazy discounts for people who pay into memberships. They are really the only place in town that has pre work out, so if you use that, you go here. They have a decent selection of things to try out. I have gone to many different stores once or twice a year for the past 8 years. I have noticed that the employees try very hard to know about the products but don't actually really know. Occasionally one will know a lot because they use the products. For the most part they are selling based on what people have said and how sales are going for products. At times they will sell you on a product to get rid of it. Many of the companies that have product on the shelves are constantly re labeling the same products with new crazy sounding words. They invent ideas that sound fantastic, when in reality they are just a play on words from simple ideas that have been around for many decades. The store is always clean and they do have pre work out samples at times.

One stop shop for all your health needs! The staff rarely speaks to me when I go in.
