Should have checked the reviews. Said they cancelled as I was waiting for them. No cancellation email and I had to fight the charge with my CC

UNRELIABLE! My ride to the airport never showed up! I called, spoke to Michael who said ride would be 30 min late. Unacceptable, as I had a flight to catch. Michael told me that I would receive a refund. I never received the refund!

Booked a return trip from JFK Airport to Manhattan. The first trip was fine but they didn't respond to any emails regarding the return trip. Luckily our hotel arranged a limo service for our return trip. Awful company, unprofessional, do not use.

Left us stranded at airport. Don't know how I issued their 2.1 stars on Google, but they got 4 stars on other sites, which are complete wrong

The worst experience I have ever had with a company!! Still waiting on a refund for a cancelled ride after I was not notified that my ride was cancelled, until I called to confirm the drop off address and found out my trip was cancelled. Horrible customer service!!!
