OMG, this was the best mapo tofu of my life!!! I love Gochi Grill for the homemade style of their food, good portions and prices. And of course, great flavor.

Hottest lunch spot in downtown Honolulu for take out, high quality plate lunch. Haven’t had anything I didn’t like. Meatloaf, chicken katsu and congee are all must trys. Drop in. You won’t regret it.

A downtown favorite, Gochi Grill offers a slightly upscale twist on traditional local plate lunch classics. The kitchen efficiently turns out orders, so even when there's a line it moves quicker than one would expect.

A lunch spot located in the downtown Honolulu that offers gourmet bentos for take-out. The prices range from $11-$15. I've tried a few items and the seared salmon is still my favorite. The kitchen is fast; they'll have your food ready in 10 minutes or less so it's perfect for the downtown office crowd. There are seats outside the shop if you want to sit there and eat but it's busy because people are walking by to pick up their lunches from the other businesses. There is no parking available nearby so it's better if you just walk here. Come by 12pm for the best selection because they do sell out of certain things.

Probably the best chicken katsu around. Yes, forget about those places you have to wait in line for nearly or over an hour. This small shop has the. Best chicken katsu. Light and crispy with a katsu sauce that has an extra bite. The price is a good deal too for the amount you get.

Had the seared meatloaf... Was tasty and filling. Liked the container it came in too.
