They're nice people but they completely butchered my hair just completely ruined it couldn't just wait to pay and leave. Also they don't accept zelle or Venmo as advertised when I went to Venmo the guy they didn't know the last 4 digits of their cellphone to verify the Vemno account and I tried accidentally locking their account so I had to go next door to pay with card. I was so embarrassed I just left. I may have to have my head shaved! I was literally in tears. 0 out of 10.Service: Haircut

I've been getting my haircut at Golden Hair Salon for almost a year now. Boris normally cuts my hair, and I'm always happy with the outcome. Some of his colleagues have also cut my hair when Boris was busy and I didn't have time to wait. I've always been pleased by all of their work. Boris is the best barber I have ever known. I live down at the jersey shore but come into the city frequently on business and I always make sure that i stop into golden barber shop to see him. I have spent $40 or more on haircuts from “professionals” and can honesty say that for the past 10 years, at $16 a cut, I have never had a better haircut. Stop in and see Boris.

Been visiting this barber shop for my bimonthly haircut since 2013... they've raised the price by $1 since and they always do a spectacular job!!! The first guy, as you walk in, and last guy David have been around the longest and are always busy with a customer... I've stuck with David and he knows my style now - its wonderful to sit down and chat with him throughout the cut even tho there's a thick Russian/Jewish!!

This place is FANTASTIC! Boris and the rest of the guys are superb. They have always delivered me a really quality haircut. I have never come away not satisfied. This is a quality place for a really good price. I would recommend it and have recommended it to all of my friends.
