Golden Dermatology

so I think all the other reviews may be fake, because while Dr Golden and the assistant were very nice, the front staff is horrendous. all the other reviews seem to follow a certain "format" as well.. also, I was told the consultation would be free, but 157 bucks for a consultation? I've been to a lot of consultations but I've never been charged this much. most are free. do yourself a favor and find a different place, one with a more friendly and informative receptionist. I'm just going to take the $157 as a loss. also, I kinda understand why she charges for a full face even if it's just for a small single scar cough money but I've been to another dermatologist that charges a bit more reasonable. to pay $300 a session and apparently I need 4-5 sessions or so for a scar that is maybe 1cm and to treat the whole face is kinda silly and it shows that you care a bit more about your money than your actual patient. and please teach your front desk how to be more personable, it seems like they haven't even heard of customer service. they wouldn't even greet me or look at me directly. she was staring at her laptop seems like she isn't listening to half of what you're saying.

Dr. Golden is one of the best physicians I've been of patient of in my entire life. She is knowledgeable, explains things thoroughly, has a warm personality and makes the experience, including surgery, quite relaxing and stressless. I recommend her unconditionally.

Excellent surgeon she really cares about her patience. I would recommend everyone go to her. She really does a great job. I’ve been here three times already. And I will continue coming Here in the future if I need to.

Dr Golden and her staff are awesome! My dad had cancer on his ear. They made him very comfortable and thoroughly explained the options and procedure. She did an excellent job and his ear is looking great and we cannot quit telling everyone how wonderful this office and Dr Golden are. Unfortunately we have had to visit many hospitals and doctors over the past few years but this stood out as a professional business. The offices are spotless and beautiful as well.

Dr Golden and her staff are amazing! I was in town for a limited time frame and they worked around my trip to schedule Mohs surgery. They were just the right combination of responsive, compassionate and professional. They called to follow up after the procedure and have been great. Highly recommended!

Thank you so much to Doctor and her team for their excellent chairside manner, empathy and surgical skill set. She is by far the best Mohs Surgeon in the State of Hawaii. I had a lot of anxiety coming in after a a few negative Mohs experiences in the past and I thought I would have to travel to San Francisco for my future surgeries but I'm so thankful that this doctor us taking new patients.
