Best surgeon in Hawaii for this particular surgery. The surgery took about one hour. There was no pain or feeling of discomfort. The doctor and his staff answered all questions in detail. Pain medication was provided as needed which worked well. I am still in post operative stage about three months with swelling and discoloration to both eyes which is receding. The initial appointment after surgery on day 7 went well with the next appointment is in three weeks. Thank you Doctor Mcdevitt

As always, Dr McDevitt has my full confidence. Staff works well together. One associate was rushing me, but I spoke up and he waited.

I was given my prescription prior to my surgery. Appointment was on time. I was accommodated with extra blankets. Dr McDevitt explained the procedure as he was operating. Anesthesiologist told me I would be able to hear background music, talking and conversations.

I went in for a consultation. Everyone was really friendly and the doctor was very friendly and thorough. I appreciate him making sure all my questions were answered. They were also very accommodating when I was running late because I flew in from a neighbor island and my flight was delayed which made me be late to my appointment, which was very much appreciated.

1 I waited in the exam room for too long. The waiting room might have felt more comfortable. 2 Doctor appeared knowledgeable/experienced and wasn't encumbered with technology. He easily answered all my concerns. 3 Staff was friendly and professional.

Excellent customer service from admission to end of procedure removal of small cyst below my right eyelid Staff were very nice, friendly, courteous, and compassionate. Dr Mcdevitt is excellent, explains procedure thoroughly, very caring with great bedside manner. This was my first time to have a procedure done under his care.
