The customer service doesn't adhere to industry codes for restaurants or fast food chains. They ruined the ordered two days in a row, said they can't mix curry chicken with stew chicken, don't have any meat on any bones in their large meals, no brown rice and beans it was overcooked white rice with beans, no beef stew sauce, more rice when I bought a medium to compensate for the chicken and vegetables, i feel i was overcharged when they gave the same size portion to a guy with two children seeming upset and charged me for a medium instead of a small like his, then ask me about yhe children and talk about the mans child the next time i was in there was disrespectful so i ended it in a nice way, i dont need to know peoples business i just need my food processed and handled as a business should before it's closed...how can i only get one dish while aja claims she can't cook beef patties to make a dozen or mix the meats but she can mix the sauces....that's against codes as well...she's not the owner. Some are the nicest and give the best service ever with great food and quantity. They make sure they get repeat customers and welcome new customers as family. I'd love my order redone...and beef patties with meat inside them please and thank you to every kind hearted, loving Jamaican fam in the boston, dorchester area and around. Golden krust has been my favorite since I was a child...never had I had service this poor in NY, CT, or VA. Thank you

Fisrt time ordering from this place and I always check the reviews on places I eat. I saw some negative and some positives. The food tasted really good, I also found the amount of food I got was way better than other places. The taste was delicious and tasty. I ordered the curry goat and I was very happy I order it. I will try the other plates and see how they taste. So far I love it.

I visited twice. Once I order online and they didn't have anything I ordered, spinach, or beyond meet patties.The second time they didn't have any vegetable, spinach, or beyond meet patties. They don't seem to stock the items on their menu. If you are vegetarian they must likely won't have the food you want.Food: 2/5

Ordered from this place on Ubereats yesterday January 22, 2022 at around 7:20pm and I never been so disappointed. First off it was my first time ordering Jamaican so I figured I try this place since I saw ads on YouTube. I ordered the jerk chicken meal and what I got was food that looked like a day or 2 old, the rice and beans and the jerk chicken was as dry as the Sahara desert. It was supposed to come with vegetables and plantains and I was missing both of those things in my plate. Will never order at this place again and will try other local Jamaican restaurants, should’ve known better than to trust chain restaurants.

Worst customer service ever. Don’t buy your food from them. Don’t order from them off of Uber eats, Grubhub, DoorDash etc. Will not be being from them ever again.

Good food, street parking, slow and sometimes rude service. You know, like you're bothering them when you order. Overcooked rice, but tender chicken. Fairly consistent, the food and the "service ". Not horrible, not great.

Never again!‍‍ I placed an order online...go in to get my order and it's not ready nor could they find the order receipt. Then they had no cheese! I got a chicken patty and a shrimp patty with coco bread and cheese. The coco bread was dry. Again they had no cheese. The shrimp patty was disgusting. The mac and cheese looked dry in the pan which looked disgusting. The chicken patty was not great but edible. I wasted my time and money. I would not recommend.‍‍

I've always wanted a fast casual place for quality carribean food. Normally, you find mom & pop restaurants sprinkled throughout a minority or college area. Golden Krust seems very promising and has the makings of a full fledged national chain. I've squeezed in a visit the morning of a departure flight score 10pts for a carribean restaurant being open for breakfast! The options were mainly saltfish cod based, but their were varieties that included options of ackee, collard greens, or white beans. They were also served with boiled plantain, fried or boiled dough festival and dumpling, respectively. Needless to say the food was well seasoned and delicious and the prices were reasonable. When in Boston again I will definitly go back for lunch and a few patties!

Cashier was rude. She was an older lady and in training. Zero personality. There was another lady there who seemed to be the manager and she was really nice. I asked how much the callaloo was and they just flat out ignored me so I left without it. Ordered the spinach & veggie patty w/ coco bread. The were out of mac and cheese Loved the spinach patty, but probably won’t be back.

Very lovely and friendly staff. Their lunch specials is very affordable. I will return and definitely recommend
