This is a pretty nice theater; it's fairly small. The floor seats are fine the front balcony seats are really good. However from the back section balcony seats (half of the balcony) the floor of the theater is not visible only the stage is visible. So if you go to see a show where part of it takes place on the floor you will not get to see that part at all. It's a fairly old building, which can be nice from a visual standpoint, but it needs more bathrooms.

Attended an Art Garfunkle concert here. In its heyday this would have been one magnificent theater. It's still quite a sight, but it's a bit worn. I was particularly unhappy with the sound system. I think it could have and should have been better. That said, this is the sort of place you should see before it's gone. Historically it has a real story to tell.

View from the balcony was really good. Could see the performers pretty clearly without need for a monitor. Seats were better than The Masonic in San Francisco in my opinion. Only issue I had was the lights shining into my face from time to time. I have seen Lindsey Stirling and Wierd Al there and both were great shows. They had merch and concessions, which included acholic beverages. Don't know the cost as I had come from dinner.

Outstanding "Vintage 1920's Hollywood Art Deco Great Gtatsby" interior with great acustics.

Not too many of these beautiful old theaters left. This one is well kept and has great acts come to play live.
