Excellent customer experience! From scheduling an appointment with Joe by phone to being printed by Rachel was seamless. Rachel was right on time, very proficient in her duties and detail-orientedness to ensure all identifying information was correct. Proficiency and expediency of the staff was excellent and price was perfect!

If I could give zero stars I would to this company. They are rude, unprofessional, and have horrible customer service. There was an issue with my fingerprints in order to volunteer at my son's school and I was hung up on because I was questioning their tactics and the fact that I was only partially fingerprinted. I will NEVER use them again or recommend anyone to use them. I rarely give poor reviews but in this case I will not allow a company that I paid money to treat me rudely and hang up on me when I am merely requesting answers. Several other parents have also experienced issues and have had a horrible experience with them. Do not waste your time or money.

Similar to the experience of others I arrived to find them closed. No posted hours. Called and received a generic voice mail that did not even mention the company name. Total waste of time and gas. Thanks.
