Live Scan Sacramento

TERRIBLE SERVICE... These folks never answer their phones, either they have no interest in having clients or are just a front for something else.. shut your business down if you aren't willing to help out!!!! I do not recommend this business!!!

They messed up my teacher credential Live Scan, twice. The second time I handed them detailed instructions. Had to pay another place for a correct Live Scan.

I have never reviewed anything online, but in this case I think I should share my experience. These guys don't answer the phone. I confirmed that they sent my scans to the wrong place. Getting CA DOJ to find out where was difficult to say the least. Their service isn't just bad it's non-existant. Find somewhere else where they answer the phone and don't screw up your records. Can I give 0 stars? Do not use this company. After many hours calling, emailing CADOJ, CA Record Review, and my licensing board I have confirmed these people sent my records to the wrong place!! If this happens to you, you will wind up in a very time consuming, frustrating loop of trying to contact the state to find out where your records went. These people caused me a lot of wasted time and money with their stupid mistake. I made a trip to CA from out of state to have this done and they created a lot of aggravation, wasted time and money.

I arrived as they were helping one other customer. After the customer left, the lady started watching some show in the back room while I sat in the front waiting. 10 minutes went by before I finally went back and said something. The check in policy obviously needs some work or they at least need to have someone sitting up front. Luckily she was nice and admitted her mistake
