Golden Wings Fish and Chicken

The place is clean.... The young guy behind the counter was very nice... He said the food will take 18 minutes. He gave me the choice to wait or leave if that's too long... So I will give them 20 minutes... It took 30 minutes..... The presentation was nice... The plate cost $10.... The fish was good... The chicken was dry but oo... The rice had no flavor...

Ordered a combo platter with chicken, fish, and shrimp w/ rice. Chicken is always perfectly seasoned and crispy. Fish-whiting was also seasoned and delicious. But I LOVE there shrimp. Not overcooked or rubber. Not to hard. Seasoned and just delicious. They never make it home.Food: 5/5

I was a big fan but the quality has f Gone downhill.... First It was so hot .... no ac at all it was so uncomfortable to wait. Then the tenders were my favorite but now not so much ... I ordered 3 piece tender with fries and added a bottle soda to meet the min card requirement. It was over cooked it was stringy and hard to chew. So I knew the leftovers would not be edible if I have to reheat. When I went to open the bottle soda the entire top came off easily. It didn't make the usually sound once the air is released like it had been opened the whole time I just threw it away so basically. I wasted 13 dollars.

I was excited to try this place based on the reviews but I wasn’t that impressed. I ordered a 10pc buffalo wing with fries and a small onion ring. The fries were missing from my order and the buffalo wings honestly weren’t that great. Onion rings were just okay also. I will say that my food was prepared very quickly and the service was friendly. Pricing was reasonable as well. However, the food just wasn’t good enough to get me to come back.

Update, Oct. 17th 2023 I ordered a very small order. Just five wings for a snack. This is the first time my chicken tasted like old chicken that was fried more than once in old oil. Nauseating. Never had this situation from them at all. It was the worst chicken I have had in a long time and a waste of money. Yuck. And it’s always so good. I don’t know what happened but it was definitely not a good experience. I purchased a salad tray, a large chicken order I forget the countand 25 piece catfish over the weekend for a party and the food was delicious and everyone loved it. Good price, fresh food. The owner is extremely rude when he works at the window. I stopped going because I refuse to give him my money and he is rude. The other young guy was kind and polite.Food: 5/5

Guy took advantage of me food was $11.18 I give him a $20 he only give me back $3 ypu not gonna be blessed by taking advantage of people I got my money back I will never return back to this location smfh Food: 5/5
