Service was fast and sufficient. The chicken sandwich was good, the fries were nothing special

Lines are super long during meal times at this place. ORDER AHEAD. Download the Popeyes app and place an order for pickup. Do this 15-20 mins before and you can bypass the line and just pick it up. Food is pretty good and staff are trying their best I’m sure.

Always good and way better than KFC. red beans and rice are a surprise hit.

I showed up 4 minutes before they closed and they were happy to serve me, when I called he even said he would stay open for me! even though they didnt have everything sense it was so late they gave me an apple pie as compensation!!!

Lines were too long. Lobby packed way past capacity despite Covid restrictions. Mobile order was not ready and order was given incomplete. Call was placed to the store to rectify and mailbox is full and not receiving any new messages. Very disappointed!

Raw uncooked food, worst customer service ever experienced. If I ever do get popeyes again I will drive miles out of my way to Troy NY just to avoid this place. The employees are GREAT. management is terrible and rude.

Tasty as Hell !! Going back for a couple more spicy chicken sammiches just as soon as I can.
