Typical landlord for years the rent is paid on time however they continue to over charge and never fix anything right. If something does get fixed I guarantee it will be broke within days. Best to have a great lawyer on retainer.

I work for them as a porter for many years and they good people. They pay nice and they give me nice tools. I like them. My family only eat because of them.
