I recently rented an apartment on Ocean Ave. Great service- all my questions were answered in a timely manner and rental process went smooth.
These are the pictures of the stairwell of one of the buildings they manage. The common areas have not been cleaned for at least 2 years since I've moved here. I reached out to the super and Malek about this many times, but no response from them.
The worst people I have ever had to deal with. Rude. Greedy. Lazy.
