Wonderful customer service. With the supply shortages happening all over the industry, this store seems in stock more than most. Also the sales reps are very knowledgeable and can work with golfers of all levels. Michael the manager went above and beyond to find the perfect equipment. With the daily events they have, highly recommend stopping in.
Great experience in this store the past few times we have been in. Have not tried the club fitting or purchased clubs yet, mainly more for casual retail while at Easton. Most recently was assisted by Will and a few other associates up front and they couldn’t have been more helpful. We were asked no less than 5 times by different employees if we needed assistance or had questions. They helped us and also assisted what seemed to be a very disgruntled customer who was very, very rude and stormed off to find a manager. The employees handled the situation very well. We will definitely return.
went in to find out my lie and buy a set of 223s. stood in line at the back counter and was ignored for 15 minutes. i realize they were working on clubs, but no greeting or anything. there was an employee walking around helping people, and he walked by me multiple times avoiding eye contact. no hello, no "be with you shortly". another couple of people walked in and got in line behind me. guy comes over and asks them "hey guys, what can i do for you?". i thought i was being pranked. i can order a set of 223s from a wholesaler online for $300 cheaper; the ONLY thing golf galaxy can provide is customer service. that is it. and they can't even do that. how hard is it to walk in and spend $1500? apparently very hard.
We need retail golf stores. This location offers a wide range of services and a generous stock of equipment. Everytime I've run into the head pro Russ, unlike other establishments... He's friendly and always offer assistance. I'll continue to be a patron here.
I. am 72, play to a 1 or 2 handicap- yeah thats right. My m2 three wood I could hit once in a while. Scheduled fitting with Jeff- tried titlest,rogue, stealth, and ping. Ping far out performed all of them. I hit it straight and long- just went there for straight, got both. I never hook the ball but with ping 4253 wood I hit a little draw or straight every time now, wow!! I am serious golfer and love it! I will go back because cost of fitting goes towards purchase. I have been to club champion, golftec, and now golf galaxy in Easton- it has really helped, shot 69, 71, 72, 72 last 4 times out. This is the place. don blocker......
My son had a great time working with Russ, the PGA pro. Russ was very professional and patient.
Very helpful staff. Assisted in analyzing my swing and the type of clubs that I should be playing with. Ask for Dave.
Terrible experience for club fitting. This was my first time going to get fitted. I have been playing more so I wanted to get clubs that would help my game and just get what I really wanted without just buying and not trying them out. When approaching the back where the fitting is, I was not greeted for quite awhile. Once I was there was very very little communication. More like I was bothering the guy working that I was there for a fitting. I was asked what I was looking for and told him I’m unsure and would like to try some out and see what I enjoy more. I was give 2 clubs to try and was told they had no other left handed clubs to try. Given very basic feedback like I was new to golf.. Do not go here for a fitting. It was a terrible experience and will never go back.
I had been doing some research on a couple different iron sets online and finally decided to go in and take a look at the clubs in person. As soon as I walked in a was greeted by both cashiers and met Kevin by the irons. He was very informative and helpful in choosing the right irons for me. After hitting all 3 that i was looking at made my decision and helped me customize those clubs for me. I felt Keven definitely went above and beyond in his customer service! I will definitely be back for all of my golf needs!!
I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the gentleman in the club fixing area before. I think he is the manager, tall with beard. Last time I was here I thought maybe he was having a bad day. Today I asked if he could help and he turned his back on me, I waited until he would turn around and when he did he was very rude and condescending. Extremely poor customer service...bad reflection on Golf Galaxy... won't come back to this store.
