Good Day Chinese Food Carry Out

Wow! This food was so good. Their $2 fries are phenomenal! My son loves their cheeseburger sub. We finally tried the Shrimp Fried Yak and I was blown away. They put a nice amount of shrimp in there. I should have gotten an extra boiled egg. Too bad they open late.Food: 5/5

Good Day is very interesting. They don't open till 5:00pm in a neighborhood that is challenging., so the daylight window is slim. The menu is also very limited, meaning that what they make is good, but vegetables are out of the question. Inter-city Chinese restaurants are often good food and serve the underserved in food deserts. I liked the fried rice, but wish that I could have ordered broccoli or another healthy option.

This is the worst carry out. I recently purchased food from here on 1/29/23. I’ve been very sick with food poisoning as I’m writing this I’am still sick. I will be reporting this to the health department. I save the food because the steak in the cheese steak egg roll didn’t look like steak. Me and my cousin ate from here and been sick ever since. Please stop supporting these Chinese people who don’t care about our black culture but want to put Chinese joints all over in our inner city areas and poison us. Please don’t eat from here the worst food I had in years.

Hands down the best I've had in a long time.The egg rolls ....that cabbage was seasoned.The egg foo young and the shrimp fried rice tasty and fresh.Food: 5/5

Very poor customer service skills. They never show you the respect of making eye contact with you. They also never show you the respect of saying thank you for having patronized the establishment. Even when you tell them thank you they put their heads down and walk away. They should also be reported to the board of health. On more than one occasion I’ve seen worms in the fried rice.

I love Good Day all except the egg rolls cheesesteak were not on point at all. The rest of the food is bomb and they give you plenty and the prices are right.
