Best cheese fries in the city, get em with the banana peppers then tell ‘em to add jalapeños as well 10/10. Surprisingly friendly, and accommodating staff for this type of carryout spot. Avoid the fried shrimp, it’s fried with a sweet funnel cake batter. $3.50 chili is delicious and loose Parking: Restaurant takes up a full corner of the street, leaving decent parking

I moved on this side of town and immediately heard about Torinos. The food has never disappointed me but the service is terrible. Every person that answers the phone has an attitude. I am a Chef myself and was taught by my grandmother how to cook. She's always specified to not have any negative energy while preparing other's food. I took this advice into my adulthood and workforce. Hopefully the employees at this establishment will do the same. There's too many bad things happening all around us. Providing genuine customer service should be top priority along with quality items.

Alhumdulillah, my first experience and I am so pleased with the love they put into my Torino Special Steak Sub w/fries. The fries are better than any sub shop, including McDonald’s - lol It was so worth the cost and tip to my Dasher. I MUST order from this spot again. Mashaa Allah

Watch out when you use credit cards.. they Have a sign that says they're gonna charge $2 Sir charge for the transaction but when I looked at the receipt There was an additional surcharge on then my $25 Once a fry and a drink was almost $29 Charge to my card. I asked the owner to ring me up and when he rang it up the price was different then he gave me a dollar back I said no you owe me $2 Then he just gave me the money and basically waved me off I will not be going back to them again They think people don't pay attention to the receipts but sorry I do

Owner was super rude. Stood in front of me on the phone and didn't acknowledge me or my order. When I brought it to her attention, she brushed me off. Food was ok. Service was terrible. Probably top 10 worse.Food: 2/5

Pricing is overrated for the food to be tasting average the way it does. Besides that they're some nice people working their.Food: 3/5

Stopped at this place while visiting my friend in Baltimore. They made my sandwich wrong after getting clear instructions. when I told him about it, it was remade. however, it was remade wrong again. I called back and was told by the owner to call 30 minutes before coming in and he will remake the sandwich for me himself. Tried to take him up on that offer but I was told that he was not there! just that very unfriendly lady that made my sandwich wrong twice !! My money was waisted because I couldn’t eat the food. He was nice and I wanted to showcase his small business on my very large social media platform but their loss. It’s not hard to make food, just follow directions!!

The food is not good and the service needs improvement. The cook has an attitude and the person taking orders took 3 orders before mine and I was standing at the window. He didn't allow me to customize my order the way I wanted to either. I ordered the hotdogs and they were deep fried then grilled. By the time I got them they were hard and oily and I hurt my tooth biting into it. My tenders were oily and soggy. They were also tough. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They were more pricey than they are actually worth.
