Good Window Works

Good Window Works was courteous. Unfortunately, they mis-sized the glass replacement they did in a storm window so it broke when it was installed by a professional. They were also unable to figure out how to install the storm window and because it was in a tenant's bedroom, I needed them in and out quickly so ended up having them leave the storm window behind and hired someone else to install it later. Because the glass that GWW had put in the storm was too big, it broke when it was installed and needed to be replaced again. They get 2 stars because they were courteous and seemed to know what they were talking about when they came to do the estimate. As far as performance, I ended up paying them not to to the job correctly and then paying someone else to do it correctly so I cannot recommend them.Service: Window repair
