Wow! Very helpful staff that explains step by step what is needed and what will be the out come.... they don't sugar coated the results!! I like the straight forward answer!!

There is absolutely nothing negative I can say about Goodfellas Bail Bonds. More so though, I am thankful for the wonderful, wonderful people who are at the Henderson office which makes Goodfellas such a gem of a place. It was 3 in the morning when I was taken to Henderson jail. My mother, who I needed a loan to bail out lives in Las Vegas. Still, I call right away. Yet she's 75 years old and English being her second language, was nervous about making phone calls to find a bail bondsman, as well as understanding the paperwork down at the bail bonds office. And no matter what kind of direction's I gave her, my mother had no clue to where the Henderson jail was. In addition, it was Friday night New Year's weekend and just when I started to think that I might be in jail all weekend. I call Goodfellas in Henderson and talk with Javon, who also spoke with my mother and like a pro, understood our frustration. In doing so, Javon had personally drove over to my mom's house in Las Vegas to walk her through all the paper's she needed to sign. He also took the bail money from my mother and went down to their Las Vegas office to fax everything over to the Henderson office. My mother did not even have to get out of bed!!! Javon, in my opinion went above and beyond his duty for an elderly woman and her son. Therefore, 5 stars to you Javon, for being so professional, so kind, and so accommodating!!! Once released though, I walked down to the bail bonds office and met Tammy. Who in fact, is so nice and reassuring, she made me feel like my nightmare was truly over. Still yet, my car had been impounded the night before, so I was starting to dread the hours it would take by bus to get back to my home in Las Vegas. But then Gino, Tammy's husband, was gracious enough to offer me a ride back. What I find remarkable here is, not once had I said anything about a ride to him. Still, with a smile, Gino just offer's it and says., "It's part of the service"...... Wow! So therefore, 5 star's also goes to Tammy and Gino for their natural grace and professionalism. In closing I'll add that I am not very experience with bail bondsman, but I am willing to go out on a limb here and say this one ranks at the very top of my list. So if ever you find yourself in need of a bail in Henderson, I highly recommend Goodfellas at 42 South Water Street.
