Look, I ain't the PC police or anything. I mean, I like to indulge in "blue comedy" as much as the next guy. But I have become aware of several but not all individuals who are employed at this location who play a bit fast and loose in regards to respect shown to customers who, let's say, fall outside of societal norms. Not too cool, my friend. As a good friend once told me, you can always have more compassion. Yeah, I wanted to punch him in his face too, but later came to see the true wisdom in his words. We can always try to be better. So remember Karen, absolute power currupts absolutely, and more importantly, bangs aren't for everyone.
Goodwill is pricing like a NEW item retail store. It's crazy. Often times there's a Ross $7.99 tag with a Goodwill tag of $9.49. I was told they price about 1/4 the original value of the item...not any longer!! C'mon GW, it's all donated to you, price accordingly.
This place is terrible for returns I've been back here four times this weekend and had to wait at least 20 minutes each time when the managers hanging up close I think this is very unorganized
I purchased 5 pairs of slacks on 8/16/22. I returned them on 8/17/22 because I couldn’t fit them. While trying them on one of the tags came off a pair of pants. The tag was fully intact just not all the way attached. The assistant store manager I think his name is John not sure. A tall Hispanic guy with kind of long hair. Completely refused to return the pants. I had my receipt & all things needed per their policy. He was rude & literally kept talking over me & not listening to what I was saying. His reasoning made no sense. I did get store credit for the rest of the items, which I was gonna shop with but I’ll never shop at this store again. He needs to be addressed & taught customer service.
It's a nice location. They have ok used things. I found a nice chair for my dab station. Make sure you check out the calendar for the sale on Saturday they have 50% off. The staff is super friendly.
It's Goodwill. Hit or miss on what you find. Prices are good on most things but then I see new items with prices higher than the previous store they were from. Crazy.
Good selection. Get there early for $1 tag day. Kind employees. Bathroom is kept locked see an employee but it's clean. A side note, there's and old phone booth across the street lol
The store is about Average... The prices are reasonable. The staff we're very nice and courteous... And had sense of humor. .. Like all Goodwill stores... they have bargains there and even Treasures... But you have to hunt for them.... There's always something there for somebody... They definitely can use more men's clothing... But that depends on the donations. ..
I had 6 large boxes full of donations to make. The inside attendant couldn't provide a receipt for a tax deduction nor was he willing to assist in bringing in the boxes of donations from my van. Currently 111 degrees...so I guess Goodwill doesn't need donations anymore. Taking my donations a to another organization that is more appreciative.
Hi feel I was racially profiled by someone named Isabella, who didn't look like she worked there you can't tell who works there at that store this morning I have an interview and I guess I showed up too early like at 10:00 my interview was at 11:00 and Isabella gave me very negative attitude like if I was trying to scam the store I did file a complaint with their corporate office I hope I will be hearing something soon
