Goodwill Retail Store of St. Peters – Mid Rivers

I purchased 12 items, 2 of which were for my disabled mother. I only received 11 items and the item missing was 1 for my mother. I called the store about 1hr & 1/2 after purchase to explain they forgot my item & was told,"by the camera, it looks like all of the items were put in the bag." I explained Im 100% positive the item never left the store. I purchased it but was not bagged because when I returned home I immediately dumped the bag on my bed to send a photo to my mother of what I purchased for her. The item was missing. I counted only 11 items. My receipt shows 12 items purchased. The Goodwill employee not only disputed the missing item based on "it looks like all of the items went into the bag", but offered no solution. I however, asked if they could please look for the item & follow up with me if/when theyre found. 😞disappointed in Goodwill.

The employees were friendly and the store was well organized. I found some great deals on some lightly used items and even some items with the original tags still on.

If it were possible to give zero stars,I would. This is the worst goodwill I have ever shopped at. Not only are they unorganized and overpriced.They followed me around the store and out to my car and treated me like a theif for trying some items on.I will be taking my money to Renewed treasures where they don’t treat their paying customers like thieves.

There's never any new carts out. Shelfs are not very full. I dont go here hardly anymore.
