Do not expect the fanciest waiting room but honestly that's not really how you should pick a place to take your car. The TV in the lobby annoyed me so I cut it off. This seemed to annoy one of the staff who had a remote behind the counter and muted it for me. Do not expect overly peppy staff, but again not really a priority when it comes to getting your car fixed. There was a nail in one of my tires and I was advised to see if it was still under warranty. I was impressed by this because they could have just told me it needed to be replaced. A lot of times car places will take advantage of women in these matters. The service was also fast and I had a coupon that was applied with no question or issue. I am giving this place 4 stars because I feel the staff was honest and the service was good.

Please DO NOT go to this location. If I was able to give no stars I would. They are NOT good at what they do, they lie, they are very rude and the manager does not let you speak he constantly interrupts you. They broke a part in my vehicle lied and said it was not cracked or broken and refused to fix it. I had to contact corporate for help (they were very helpful, nice, professional and very apologetic). When corporate tried to get all sides of the story they lied once again. Thank God for my husband and I getting our car checked not only by the town over at Good Year but back home by several different shops (which all agreed that the car should be repaired by the place that did the initial repair and damage). No one wanted to touch my car unless they were going to get paid to repair it as everyone felt it was a liability for them to repair it (my car was like this for a month until it was finally repaired). Please be aware, I don’t know who all has given good ratings if they are even legit ratings. If they are then fine, if they are only there to help this shop out I feel bad for this shop when something serious happens to someone behind there negligence and get seriously sued and you all then will look like liars. I would suggest not going to this shop they are a serious liability. They are very lucky my husband or myself didn’t get hurt or break down in the middle of nowhere do to there negligence. Thank you Good Year at corporate office for helping my husband and myself out. Maybe everyone in this shop should get retrained, properly trained or completely replaced. For those that try to disput this and say that I am wrong, I have a lot of documentation from this shop and others including a check stub for the repair from Good Year corporate to show validity of my claims.

This is long overdue. I had a alignment done on my truck. The truck drove fine and stright. The toe was not correct so it ruined my very tires. Nothing can be done now expect to start over with new tires and a new alignment.

Customer service seems to be hit or miss. The gentleman that worked with me today was way more polite and patient than the last guy. However this is one of those places where you have to schedule even the simplest services. And their website doesn't seem to actually send the appointment to them. Meaning you still have to give them all the details when you get there. They also keep the TV in the lobby way too loud with no remote around to turn it down. Still building my trust, but so far so good.

Amazing!!! From out of town breaks went out on a Sunday. Couldn't get all the parts needed. Put me up in a hotel overnight picked me up Monday morning when car was done. Will be writing a letter to their corporate office with the highest of praises for Robert, Nathan and TJ. Best customer service I've come across in years.
