Great customer service from the young lady that was working the front counter Lizz. She was very helpful in finding the tire prices I was looking for. I was able to replace the tires I had for a more affordable price. The location is clean and the guys working in the garage were quick. I was able to get my vehicle in and out with little wait time at all. I would recommend this location to anyone.

I came in on a spare tire with a flat in the trunk on a rainy, miserable Sunday morning. I waited a few minutes and watched while Liz handled multiple phone calls and multiple clients in a very professional manner. Much better than I would have handled some of these customers! Liz and Stephen were able to replace my tire and do an oil change immediately, even though they were obviously very busy. Thanks for the great customer service!

This business is terrible and be careful using them. Assistant manager is worthless! I had what I thought was a oil change and after about 2 months or so I started having car issues and took it to my usual person in Easley and come to find out I was 3.5 quarts low and the oil in engine was black and thick.. No leaks or issue that would have caused it and running fine after they did the new oil change. Went back to Goodyear to speak with them and they could have cared less about it and did not even apologize No way they could have did a oil change. Lord only knows what damage it may have did to my engine long term. Beware if you use them. I have seen several bad reviews here.

Fantastic! Made Appointment. They changed oil on their special. Quickly and at a price of 1/2 half what I have been paying at Get in Your Pocketbook Oil Change by a National brand oil change. I’ll be back.
