If you’re pregnant go somewhere else please. It took my weeks to even get someone there is only 1 person who handles Obgyn to even put me on the schedule to be seen . Front desk will answer but transfer you to carrie Obgyn cord. She will never answer and the voicemail will say leave a message. She will never call you back regardless of your messages or pleas. I have a history of miscarriage and this pregnancy was already a risk as well. I had moved into town and was desperate to see a doctor. Finally after being seen they told me i didn’t have what i literally had paperwork proof of and pictures from an ER visit due to large bleeding . They told me no you never had that.LOL But i digress , I also got genetic testing done and they NEVER gave me the results . I called so many times and only spoke to the ONE lady who answers calls for Obgyn and she claimed she didn’t know why and she would figure out what happened . Like i said they only have ONE person who takes apts , cancels , updates you etc for the ENTIRE Obgyn department ??? I finally grew so sick of it by 20+ weeks I found a new Obgyn and have NEVER not been able to get ahold of someone in concern for my pregnancy or apts etc. I speak to someone every time i call which never happened at trinity. They updated me on tests etc quickly even the doctor calls and tells me. Im saying this to all pregnant moms run, do not go here . One last thing i tried multiple times to get them to transfer my records even my new doctor tried . They never sent them. Trinity is the last place I’ll ever go or recommend someone to go.

Everyone was so kind from the beginning to end of appointment. I had to leave this practice due to insurance and am so thankful to be back! Dr. Parvin is so thorough and sincere in her approach to my health. I didn’t find this at my previous doctor’s office. I left confident and knowledgeable about what I needed to do on my part to stay healthy!

The intake and physicians were very courteous and were eager to serve me with smiles and sincerity. My wait time was very quick and thorough. My paperwork was given, followed up with instructions and support to be sure I understood what I read and completed. My vital signs were taken, explained, as well as offered advice and I put on how to improve my vital signs and overall health. Screening of my medical history was thorough and compared to my present medical conditions. Plans and advice were given to work on improving old physical and mental issues as well as to preventative measures to take for possible future ailments. I feel much confidence in returning and keeping all appointments and sticking to the plans presented by the nurse and Dr. Duckworth. They made me feel special, like Family. Dr. Duckworth was very knowledgeable and thorough in how to allow me to open up comfortably about my health matters. I felt as we were brothers. He gave me instructions I can handle, looking forward to working on the plans and advice he gave me May God bless you and yours always. . Thank you all

It’s one bad thing after another. It’s been impossible to get medications refilled. Life saving ones at that I’ve been told several they’d make sure to have it sent over but they never have. I called medical records 7 times and left 3 voicemails and never received a call confirming they’ve received my outside medical records. The lack of communication is uncalled for and healthcare should not be made so difficult.

Care and concern beginning at registration and all the way through. Dr. Montgomery was excellent and hate to see her go. But past experience with Trinity care my future doctor and everyone concerned will stay the same excellent care and concern.

It was truly amazing to see/feel someone exhibit true kindness and caring. To show genuine concern, explain to you the goals and then act upon it; all while you're still fresh in your visit. Thank you!

Dr. Duckworth is very patient, kind and attentive. As a Christian, he prayed with me and gave me assurance that my health was the highest priority. The feedback he gave me is life changing and for this, I feel like this will extend my life for myself and more so allow me to be in my family's presence for future generations with his medical advice. Thank-you Dr. Duckworth and the fantastic staff!

My appointment was with Dr Anees, she was very helpful and I love their service too. I didn’t wait at all l, everything happened on time. Moreover dr really took care of me very well.

Super happy with my experience so far. They took the time to answer all of my questions and ordered every test we discussed. I came back in for a sinus infection as a walk in and was seen within 5 minutes.

I had excellent care today. My Doctor is Angela Li. I had great care and communication from her.
