Got Hair Beauty Supply

First time visiting this shop and the ladies seem nice enough. My main issue was the price. I got a passion twist and it’s was grossly overpriced 3x the beauty supply down the road compared to other sellers for the same quality. Nothing seemed to have a price tag and it seemed like the ladies just state any price as they go. Observed another customer who had been told a different price on a previous day and the price when she returned to purchase was higher. I guess I just feel cheated and I will not be returning. On the plus side, they do seem to have a wide selection but can’t get pass the lack of transparency in price.

OMG the new location is amazing, more space, more products, from lashes to human extensions , all kind of wigs , contacts,ponytails, prices are good , high quality , good customer service

The staff was friendly and very helpful from helping me find the perfect hair for my braids to recommending how many packs I would need ! I got 9 bundles of braiding hair for $20 which is a deal ! I definitely will be back

this is the worst place to go!!! the lady is very rude. i asked to try on wigs she took people that came in after me that did not have an appointment. she took time with client when she got me she brought out the wig and handed it to me. she didnt put on me. i wanted to try on several more but she was sooooo rude. i ended up buying extensions the women said it was human hair, after the first use hair turned into wire, looked horrible. I have had sally's hair extensions for over 3 yrs and they still look good. i have washed them died them and still look wonderful. im not sure what these people are selling but it aint dam human hair. i dont know enough about extensions to know quality but when i asked if it was human hair she said yes, failed to explain in silicone wears off that they turn to ugly wire. i got my money back thru my bank because they would not refund.... DONT BUY HAIR FROM THESE PEOPLE............. I HAD TO GIVE ONE STAR BUT THEY GET ZERO

They moved to 3905 San Mateo Blvd NE. This new location is a giant improvement over the old store. Got Hair has the best selection of Hair products in New Mexico. Their Wig inventory is absolutely outstanding.

Buyer beware...I went in for human hair extensions. The lady was ok not to rude but not nice either. She found some extensions that she thought might work, but I started noticing nothing has price tags, Thought that was weird but still went with it. side note, I bought Remy 18inch extensions for 50 bucks on amazon and they were amazing. any way I go to check out and they were 75 dollars MORE than I got on amazon 120.00. Again should have refused and walked out but I thought maybe its virgin hair or something. I get home and take these extensions out...they were horribly put together, there were long black random strings in the PLATINUM colored extensions. I compared the feel of these ones with the Remy ones and noticed they felt a little plasticky to me. So now im getting mad, I did the strand test burn one of the hairs that shed to see what it does, If its real human hair it will have white smoke and burn to ash, if its synthetic it will have black smoke, shrivel, look like burnt plastic and feel gummy sort of sure enough SHE CHARGED ME FOR REAL HAIR AND IT WAS SYNTHETIC! This place is horrible, they just charge what they feel like at the moment and you have no way of knowing otherwise because they suspiciously don't have price tags. Go somewhere else unless you feel like being ripped off.

Great place to shop! Friendly service! Great inventory, and prices! One small issue...store needs better natural lighting, in order to make a precise color selection. I will definitely be back!!!!

I love the ladies here. They are always so helpful and I have known them for many years. The new location is across from Gino’s Pizza !
