Love this store! We drove down from Santa Fe and were not disappointed. The collection is great. The employees there...amazing. Josh is the hair connoisseur! We love him! Cannot sing enough praises about our experience here.

I've been here a few times and meant to write a review sooner... But after a few visits, and reading the other reviews, which make me want to work here also lol, it is even more apparent that this team of people consistently give stellar service; they extend a genuine hospitality of which is truly rare in modern times. Additionally, the selection is so good, that it could even seem overwhelming to someone like me, an occasional recreational wig wearer But the guidance and assistance from staff alleviates any stress or anxiety one inexperienced, non ethnic woman on a very tight budget, might feel when she first walks into the store. I do wish clientele were permitted to try on wigs, I recall the beauty stores in my hometown area allowed the wigs to be tried on with purchase of a wig cap, but I imagine the concerns of the general public as well as legal and red tape issues with government overreach and such, have impacted those policies. In conclusion, this is a solid store operated by people who take pride in their products, service and surroundings... It shows the moment you walk in. Kudos to the owners and employees for providing this shopping experience. You guys shine

Tonya was so amazing! My daughter a few things for an upcoming projects that we have in Columbia and she was so helpful. Not only did she find out exactly what we needed but she helped us color match and was very positive and supportive.

AMAZING STORE, there is so much to look at you could spend hours in there! What blew me away was how nice & helpful ALL the employees are! 2021 & 2022: Getting here might be a wee bit challenging for some because Trendz is located at a stop light. At Washington Street & Menaul, I recommend that your turn signal is on a half block away. The store's location will sneak up on you and you might miss your turn into the parking lot. Ample parking in the lot. So... we just have to look gorgeous, right? I love changing up or enhancing my vibe with wigs, weaves, extensions, hair color and accessories. You wanna freshen up your look? Trendz has it all. Good prices, nice space size not cluttered, great website to view hair before you buy it, EXCELLENT customer service from all but especially Darkenya and James. I don't know whose giving bad reviews but my experiences were totally awesome. I have alopecia and it's my first time wearing a wig. My friend suggested I go here. I'm so glad I did. I went two different times and both times with two different employees and they were all so helpful. They answered my questions when I had them, gave me advice for good products. I was so thankful they helped me. When you are feeling not so pretty because your half bald and you get a wig but have no idea what to do, it's so great to have people that actually care. Thank you guys so much!

Best costumer service in Albuquerque. My family and I stopped in today to buy a few wigs for my daughter. We were immediately greeted with happy and helpful staff. Everyone from the owner to the sales associates were friendly and willing to assist! Raven was our sales associate, she took extra time out of her busy day to make our daughter feel comfortable and confident. I would recommend anyone in the Albuquerque area looking for hair products to come to this location! I went in today and had great customer service . I took forever trying to pick out a wig and he really took the time to explain, so me different types and help me find a good one! Also, he was great helping my daughter pick a ponytail! Definitely recommend and will be back again!
