Super bad customer service!! Guy cursed me out because I complained about my tattoo not being straight and super messed up. He then complained about me making him take the script off my back which is what he’s there to do. Will never go back ever!!

Extreme overpriced they want nearly 450 for small letters I went somewhere else and got the same design for 100 also got my belly pierced and they used a fake bar and I got infected so much for their 30 dollar policy where they keep 30 dollars if you decide you no longer want service they make you pay upfront aswell and they have multiple signs showing different price huge red flag no one inch tattooo is 80 or 150 ridiculous would never come back and they beg you to tip aswell put in their policyServices: Tattoos

I love this place . I’ve gotten soo many piercings from here . Today was my first time getting tatted here . The prices are very reasonable . I received two for a great price .my artist Javier was very patient && took his time with my work . I’m also very happy with how they both turned out . Not sure why people are saying they are rude , because that’s never once been my experience with the piercer or artists . I say sometimes you get back what you put out . *shrugs

I got my ears re-pierced here after one of them healed shut. It was quick, easy, and cheap, much more so than the place I had previously gone in Manhattan. My only gripe would be that I didn’t particularly like the leave-in earrings they gave me, as they were bulky on the back, so they were the sort of earrings that poke into your neck if you sleep on your side with them in. Just my two cents is that having screw-type barbell earrings would be a lot better for new piercings. Note: the earrings are still quite pretty, so I might wear them once my piercings have adequately healed open.

Unprofessional and rude. I sent a message to find out about their availability because I wanted to come in this week to have a tattoo done. There was no greeting whatsoever even though I said hello. I was just given a simple "90" as a response. First off I didn't ask about the price. Secondly my original inquiry wasn't addressed I asked about availability twice. The second time I got ignored which I don't understand why. Simply wouldn't recommend.

Got my first tattoo! The price was great. The artist was on point. Clean environment. And plenty of designs to choose from. There was no wait. After I get over the shock of the tattooing process, I'm definitely going back for another one!

UNBELIEVABLY talented tattoo artists. Very friendly and warm service. Professionalism at it's best! This is my 3rd time there! Thanks Hector!!! You guys be the judge!
