This place is amazing. I got a whole breakfast platter for $5 which included 2 gormet French toast with strawberries and cream on top which were by far the best French toast I've ever had in my life, also eggs w/cheese, home fries, 2 strips of bacon and it was all so amazing and the platter was so big I couldn't believe it was only $5. The employees are great as well.
So nice to have an upscale local deli / market in area. Always fresh sandwiches and good soup. Best saladbar. Great burgers for the grill. A bit pricey but quality undeniable.
WAY over priced. However, the salad bar is one of the only decent ones in the area. I eat a lot of salad, so I appreciate this. Unfortunately, it's so expensive I can only afford to do it every now and again. The deli has tasty sandwiches and the soups are great as well.
Local grocery store with excellent deli. The best salad bar. Always interesting and good food. Much better and more expensive than giant, more like a local small time while foods or fresh market. Certainly a niche market, and i thing a great option for the pikeville neighborhood.
Way overpriced. They do not have orders ready when they say they will be. Will scam you on prices of trays if you don't pay attention reduced a tray size and somehow the price went up. Store layout is counterintuitive. Had to deal with a very rude employee, as well. Reports say they closed permanently today and gave employees 24 hours notice.
Have loved this place for decades Was once The Gourmet, closed and by popular demand, opened again. Great prepared foods, bakery, specialty items and great sandwiches. You can also do your marketing there and don't forget the flowers. One stop shop.
Great customer service, all types of foods---prepared, raw, salads and huge sandwiches, groceries and fresh produce. Best selection of meats and fish anywhere in the area. To me, best features are the good customer service and the quality of the foods.
Thank you again and again Gourmet Again. Your delicious food and Anne's excellent catering assistance helped make our Fourth of July celebration the success that it was. "Best deli in town!"
I ordered the turkey club, it was delicious but they forgot the cheese. When I told them the woman basically said ummmm what do you want me to do. Ummm fix my sandwich lmao. She said well I don’t know what to tell you because the deli is really busy. Well I guess I’ll pretend cheese is on it smh. I’m extremely disappointed because me and my family always buy food from here. Well guess you just lost a loyal customer because you wanted to be rude as hell over cheese.
Always a pleasure eating here. Sandwiches are fantastic and a good price. There is a salad bar with many choices
