First time visit at this place for a massage and chiro treatment. Firstly, my appointment was mismanaged by the staff. I booked both the appointments, i.e one hour massage followed by a chiropractic appointment. They totally forgot about the chiro treatment. Moreover, the massage session which was supposed to be for one hour lasted only for 45 minutes. They have two options 30 mins and 60 minutes. I booked 60 minutes session and paid for 60 minutes but therapist spent only 45 minutes. When I raised my concern with the front desk at 1:50 PM, as I got out of my massage session which was supposed to last till 2:00 PM 1-2 PM appointment she said she will let therapist know to check her watch next time .. is that an answer ? It was not even 2 PM when I got out and still she didn't gave a satisfactory response. The chiropractor told me that there's not much adjustment she can do since I alrueady had my massage. Really?? Then why they suggested and booked such an appointment in the first place. I'm a regular visitor to many massage and chiro places. Won't recommend this place to anyone.

Taking care of patient, not for the stand of point of insurance. But really concentrate on patients recovery. My twelve sessions of chiropractic treatment have a significant improvement on my shoulder.

Dr. Chou has helped me with my neck and back issues since 2+ years. I have always felt better after a session or 2 with her .
