Horrible. They literally forget about you. They invite you in, measure your blood pressure and that's it - you are on your own for 1-2 hours just sitting there, hoping for something... The worst experiences both times I went there. I guess this is how this skeleton died... Waiting

The people the work at the desk, nurses, the doctors are all doing an excellent job considering the conditions they are in. This review is for the people that run this business. I have been In different Concentra and the most I had to wait to take my yearly physical was 2 hours which is already terrible. In Sunnyvale I had to wait just over 4 hours. No more than 10 people can seat in the waiting room, the desk person told me that someone would call me within 2 hours and also to stay in the vicinity of the office. After 2 hours I went in to see if I was close to my call, but they couldn’t say. Still no place inside to seat. After 2 hrs and 40 of waiting outside finally I got to sit in the waiting room. After 20 more minutes someone call me, 10/15minutes of preparing before the doctor, Now I am ready for the visit, she takes me to a private room and said: the doctor will be here shortly. Another 45 more minutes are past before the doctor came to the door. The visit lasted 15/20minutes after finally I am going back to work. Yes the people that are running this Concentra have some work to do if they want to get 5 stars reviews. You asked for a review, now you have it. Hopefully next year visit the waiting will be only 2 hours.

You have to alot a whole day’s affair to be here. Imagine wasting your time here to get such poor service. You have an appointment but they will cater to you after 2 hours of that appointment. So absurd. Absurd isn’t even a word to describe it. My brother went here first to have his blood draw done but they did it 5 times with different medical assistants because they weren’t skilled enough. Same thing happened to me, they did me 5 times too with 3 different staff and I’m not even a hard stick. Id know I’m not a hard stick because when I have my blood tests they get the draws at first try and I’m a medtech! Funny thing is that they missed one test and I had to do a blood draw again and then they failed to draw my blood, AGAIN! I mean, how many more times will you be bad at your job? I do not recommend anyone coming here at all.

When I walked up to the reception desk l stood there for at least 5 minutes or more while there were 3 people behind the desk they just looked at me and then ignored me. Finally I got their attention and showed my order from my employer. She said I need a release form. When I got back with my release form she did not even look at it. They were joking around the whole time I was there.3 hrs. I told the receptionist that I can't do a scan testanshe said ok.when I was in the room the nurse wanted to do a skin test I explained that I can't. She she then ran out of the room saying oh you are positive I have to talk to the girls.This clinic should be shot down.A co worker had similar experience. Cliniservice is outrageous.almost cost me both my jobs. They told me that they sent results to my company. I was out of work for 4 days.I had to go and get the results. My company told me not to come to work until they have the results which concentra never sent like they said they would.

BEWARE! This clinic is not interested in providing you with urgent care- I literally overheard the front desk woman say to another colleague as I stood right in front of her "well this is not actually an urgent care clinic" That sent up red flags but after completing my paperwork I was called up the desk to be told "It's a minimum of $135 cash or credit today" I explained to the woman that I have an HRA attached to my insurance that covers all out of pocket charges and she refused to acknowledge it. She stated they don't "file claims." Then she says "sir this is a Workman's Comp Clinic." Well then change your website and stop wasting the time of those of us who are in need of URGENT CARE!!!! Totally unacceptable. Shame on you Concentra.

Bad services , I waited for at least 2 hours after I check in , we we're 2 of us waiting for 2 hours.. All their processing is to slow , I kept on waiting long , . I've never been in an urgent care that will make people wait for that long.

Had to visit recently for a job required TB test. Waited for one hour and fifteen minutes, only to find out they only had one person on staff at the Sunnyvale site and I wouldnt be seen for another hour. Came back the next day and was attended to after a 20 min wait. Front staff need to be more transparent about wait times to people coming in, especially since it is not possible to schedule an appointment

Some staff are not very friendly, organized or efficient. The doctor was friendly. I asked a staffer for help after being placed in a waiting room for a lengthy period and she walked away when I asked for help without saying anything to me. She asked another staff member to help me so she could clock out for her lunch break. There also isn't great communication between the doctor and the staff. The doctor told me to wait after my appointment and that someone would follow up with me to measure me for equipment. After 30 minutes and no one coming to see me I sought out help. When the staff were helping me with the equipment, they were not aware of how many pieces were needed and for what. Every time I asked a question they said they needed to ask the doctor. This made the appointment even longer. And they also forgot to give me two items and at that point I figured I would just pay for them myself because the staff did not seem to understand what was going on and we're taking so much longer than it should have.

Dropped in for a pre-employment drug test, no appointment, and was processed quickly. Everyone was friendly, too. Waiting area had a TV and the chairs were spaced out.

Everyone at Concentra was kind and attentive to my needs. They got me in and out as fast as they could and updated me on wait time during my wait.
