Grainger Glass

Grainger Glass provided my wife & I with great customer service and great pricing. We ordered glass panels for railings on our deck. We needed them by Thanksgiving weekend for install and Linda made it happen. They look fabulous!

Went to get a few panes of glass cut to size - when I went to pick up, they had the order sitting on her desk, no glass cut as the thickness of glass was out of stock. “Can we do it a millimeter thicker?” Sure. Came back and still not done. Customer service is non existent. Would not recommend this business to anyone. Too bad if they think they lost “a” customer, they actually lost out on an opportunity to be a builder supplier for glass showers.

I try get quite for my shower glass door, never get back. I ordered mirror, they promise it's will be ready next week . It's not they say after need three weeks. I don't recommend grainger glass.
