I had contacted Hi-Lon Glass to complete several aspects of a custom home renovation last year. Steve from Hi-Lon Glass oversaw the scope of this job. He was very knowledgeable and was able to provide me with the information I required to make good choices regarding the new front door, two sliding patio doors, egress windows, glass shower enclosure and mirrors for all three bathrooms. This company also provided the custom glass for the new glass stair railing system being installed. The installations looked fantastic and Steve and his colleague left the site clean with no damage to walls etc. Hi-Lon Glass was able to meet the work schedule outlined by my contractor and interior designer, as well as providing the glass on time for the railing company to install. I would highly recommend Steve and his company to others and would not hesitate to use them again on future projects.

TRUSTWORTHY. Nothing is harder to find in a contractor. Contacted Hi-Lon and a rep soon arrived. Not only did he happily answer any questions, but provided me with an even more cost effective option. The work was completed by very skilled and friendly technicians. I was even provided with preventative maintenance tips and how to make some small repairs myself to other areas that needed attention. I will not hesitate to contact them for any other work I may need done in the future and have recommended them to all my family and friends.

The sliding door was very professional replaced today May 3, 2018. employees from Hi-Lon were right on time. Time arranged was 9 am to 10:30 am and they arrived at 9:32 am. The installation is perfect and they even cleaned up after they were finished. Actually the replacement door is of better quality than the original when I bought the place. Thank you for a job well done.

Final product was well cut, well packaged and completed according to specifications/timelines. Had a complex cut done from template, cut was accurate. Had a lot of issues along the way though. During initial estimate was told could do 3mm glass for table top, upon arrival (after checking with the boss repeatedly), 3mm glass could not be done (found out later, industry minimum is 5mm for closed or open table top, estimator should have been aware since I said it was for coffee table top). Also, during initial estimate phase, told measurements would be fine for complex cut, upon arrival, told needed template, had to return another day. Would have been nice to be given options i.e. didn't know there were bevel width options, edging options etc. Overall the final product looks amazing, the work was done very well and was completed within the timeline. Pick up was easy and items were well packaged for transport.
