Speedy Glass

Got a stone chip in my windshield on Saturday afternoon. Used speedy glass website to make an appointment first thing on Monday morning (they're closed on Sundays). Staff were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They explained the work to be done and even helped my with the insurance paperwork. Repair was quick and was done well. I was in and out withing 40 min. Great service experience!

I am extremely happy with the customer service I received at Speedy Glass. The process was quick and easy. William was the person I contacted and he was extremely professional and helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs their windshield fixed.

I've never had better service at an auto shop. The customer service was amazing and they do not pressure you to buy more than you need. Had a major stone chip that was almost impossible to fix but they did it. Very happy

I recently got a stone chip on my windshield, and my insurer listed Speedy Glass among their recommended repair shops in my area. I made an appointment for 8 AM via the Speedy website, and showed up at the appointed time - shop manager William Mak was surprised because his system showed 9 AM, but I was accommodated and the work was professionally done within 30 minutes. William explained how the repair worked, with probabilities for any issues occurring (roughly - the bigger the chip, the greater the risk that something could go wrong, requiring replacement instead of repair) - and he also took care of the insurance paperwork for me. I was dreading that there would be more paperwork or delays, but this was a hassle free experience. I will be telling my friends to consider William's shop if they have windshield chips or cracks in future.
