That Kevin guy is a complete idiot and ignorant on all levels. Buddy you install glass your not a heart surgeon easy with the condescending attitude . The owner was less than helpful when I went in to complain about his employee . Wouldn't go back for all the money in the world...........stay far away .

Had a stone chip on my windshield and I went through the insurance to have it repaired. Craig was pleasant to deal with and did the job very well. Hopefully I won't need service again but if I do I will come back here.

I visited the location twice for a scheduled appointment, couldn't get my windshield replaced at each visit due to some challenges with parts, and yet I am still giving Craig, Alison, and Speedy Glass Bolton a 5-star rating for customer experience! You would think that after two failed attempts, I would be giving these guys the lowest score possible but it was the way in which they managed the situation that was truly the difference maker. They were honest throughout the process (eg: explained the reasons why they couldn't complete the service), stood by the quality of their service (eg: not wanting to replace windshields with generic support parts available or incorrect parts that a regular customer would not know the difference about - in my case, a non-heated vs heated windshield), and above all else, they went above and beyond to proactively compensate me for my time (eg: they offered without me asking!). Sadly, due to time conflicts, I could not return to this location for the replacement so I had to go with Speedy's mobile service. But if I had the time, I would go back to Craig and his team with no hesitation. These guys have the expertise, are trustworthy, and treats their customers with the utmost respect - something that's truly lacking with a lot of businesses today.
