Speedy Glass

A dishonest merchant. I make an appointment for today to change my glass. I waiting for the morning form 8-12. Then somebody call me that they don’t have the parts. If I wanna it I should waiting for next Tuesday. Bad experience！！！！！

My insurance copy ordered the wrong glass; yet despite of it not being his fault, the individual, Frank was apologetic, gave me a pair of his highest quality windshield wipers of no charge, and was kind throughout the whole process. He even offered to have me dropped off at the nearby mall (Hilcrest) while I waited for my car. They even cleaned my floor mats! Great customer service.

Had to have the rear window of my truck replaced and apparently the only window they could get with defroster wires was clear. So Frank and his guys went above and beyond to have it tinted and make it happen. I'm from out of town so they offered a taxi to to take me anywhere I wanted but I just shopped locally and hung out in their waiting area. They were good guys and I enjoyed their banter. Super job.

I was in and out within 45 minutes. Staff was very knowledgeable and they even cleaned my floor mats for me!

Spent 30 minutes driving each way to deal with a simple warranty issue only to be turned away rudely, another location did it on the spot and apologized for this locations actions. Lazy and misleading service, avoid this location
