Grand Appliance and Tv

They had the speed Queen dryers we were looking for. Ron, the sales associate was very knowledgeable about the dryer. He also had us in and out in no time. And, we were able to get delivery in just 3 days!! Also, the delivery guys/installers were excellent as well. Thanks Grand Appliance!

Grand appliance was awesome. We really appreciated their service and Ron was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions. He had a great depth of knowledge on multiple appliances and helped us make a decision on a stove and fridge that we were happy with.

The delivery and installation crew from Grand Appliance showed up when promised and did great work. Installed a refrigerator, a slide-in range, and microwave. Everything works well. Very satisfied. A second crew arrived a few days later with a dishwasher, completing our order. Lamar and his crew were on time, friendly and efficient. The dishwasher also works great. And sales associate Warren Williams at the 86th Street store in Indianapolis got everything started. Mr Williams is knowledgeable, cordial and patient. I appreciated his professionalism. All around great experience purchasing a dishwasher from this fine small business. Starting with their lovely showroom and friendly, helpful, knowledge sales person Kristy. To the regular updates by email and then text on delivery day, and then the capable, careful and efficient installers sorry I don't remember their names who were super quick, but very thorough. I am very happy to leave this review and definitely recommend them to anyone .

My second time using Grand Appliance since we moved to Indiana. This time for all new appliances. Warren was incredibly helpful and helped me choose the appliances that were right for me! The service is awesome and I will be a repeat customer when the need arises!

Big box store had delayed my shipment of microwave for over month for my new house. They canceled delivery four times! I saw Grand had the microwave I needed in limited stock. I called and the gentleman who answered said the central warehouse said there were 2 and it could be wrong. In addition, it would take 7-10 days to have it delivered-if they actually had one. Felt quickly dismissed and uninterested in my request. I sent a chat to the online Grand. To my pleasant surprise, I quickly got a response. Got confirmation that yes they have in stock. My questions were answered quickly and professionally. I placed my order and my microwave arrived in two days as promised! During those two days, the price dropped on my microwave. Without hesitation, they honored the lower price. Shout out to Ken who was my online sales associate. He was awesome!!!

Had a great experience at Grand Appliance purchasing a new refrigerator . The store was bright and appealing, the selection and pricing were excellent and our salesperson Warren was awesome. Highly recommend and will be returning for my next appliance need.
