Microsoft Store

We attended a workshop for kids here and it was incredible! I can't wait to see what else this place has to offer!

I always enjoy visiting the Microsoft store. Employees are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There are great products in their stores.

I just left the Microsoft store after being assisted by Justin and Troy. After realizing there was a miscommunication during a past visit with other staff, I was fairly upset. Justin and Troy made every accommodation to correct the miscommunication, understand my frustration, and make sure I left satisfied. They were fantastic.

Make sure you make a reservation if you need work done on your computer and don't count on getting it in early. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable, but stick to a tight schedule

They fixed my mystery computer problem and were very courteous and hospitable. Worth the drive from Irvington for sure. Thanks!

I went in needing help with my daughter's Surface pro. They made solving my problem quick and painless. I was dreading dealing with it but Kevin was knowledgeable and kind. I am so grateful for the amazing customer service. I am glad we are a household with two Surface pros.
