Mumbo sauce is kind of bland. But I am glad they have crinkle cut fries. Lol….. The chicken wings were a good size, the food was hot and the shrimp roll was very tasty! But they did forget to add salt & pepper as requested. The woman behind the counter was not super friendly but I wouldn’t expect her to be. This is a rough neighborhood…and there is no air conditioning in her business.

My fried rice was undercooked, and I asked for spicy and it was not spicy at all. I also asked for a side of hot chili oil, tasted like it was súper old. Also got fried chicken wings with mumbo sauce. They literally drained the chicken with it and it was just a very disappointing experience. Will not be returning. Parking: 3 spots to park.

Neighborhood didn’t look as rough as I expected. People of all walks of life seemed to be coming in and out of the restaurant. We aren’t from here but I saw a YouTube video that suggested this place for the wings and mumbo sauce. Only got a 2 wing combo with fries and the wings and fries were hot and fresh. Tasted like any other Chinese wings you’d get anywhere delicious but nothing special or unique. I preferred the wings without the mumbo sauce but wanted to try since it was my first time in DC. As many of the reviews stated, the lady taking the orders has bad attitude but as long as you don’t take it personally that’s fine.

Amazing chicken wings. Not too salty. Just freshly fried chicken and super good. French fries looks like frozen Business Costco fries, but surprisingly goes really well with the chicken.

There is BUG IN MY FOOD in my carry-out white rice. I can’t even describe how disgusted I am but glad I saw it before continuing to eat it. I live off Van Street so this is the most convenient Chinese spot but with the owner being super rude to us always as if she’s entitled to give terrible customer service. This tops it. This is more than not ever eating there again. But I reporting them to the health department..I’m speechless8/16/2021

I’ve been coming to this place for years. Disgusting floors and walls, chipped and broken tiles, the bullet proof glass is shattered, but they have the best Chinese food in the city. I watched a tik tok where an Asian dude said how to find the best chinese restaurants and he said “it MUST be 3.5 stars to get the best food” sure enough, this place is 3.5 stars and you cant find better anywhere in the DMV.

Hands down the best I’ve had. Lived in SW 10 years ago this place never disappoints

Not for me, it's rare but it evidently happens to the nest of us. Totally lost my dinner in the toilet. Stay away from this place at all cost.Food: 1/5
