Post pandemic, I've adjusted to slower service, particularly waiting for a server and food being prepared. However, my experience at this BWW's was beyond slow. We waited 25+ mins for service. No fault to the waiter as he did the best he could, being that the only person for 5+ tables. I ordered the new chicken drags. I was disappointed as it is a small breaded chicken finger smothered with condiments wrapped in a big as brioche hotdogs bun. If you crave carbs, this dwag is for you!
Considering I love the wings and I was accommodated by the Manager but still disappointed in the service. My order was missing items and the amount of fries given is a disgrace. Supposedly they weigh the fries now, well lower the price to equal the kids meal portion
I almost never give a 1star rating. But the service was so bad... I could see my drinks sitting at the bar table for 20min and after repeated reminders the server told they are not ready. And went to pick up my drinks. I order large cauliflower wings and she told me they don't have them. But they have two small cauliflower wings. Not sure what the difference there. One server should spoil the experience at a place. I am not surprised to see lots of 1 star reviews in the past week.
I got to take my birthday freebie wings from this branch today. Their service was super. I ordered the parmesan garlic boneless chicken wings, and I highly highly recommend it! So juicy and crispy at the same time.
Not only was the service terrible the staff was unethical. This was the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve ever visited. I can see why this chain is in decline. First, I ordered via the QR code. After ~1hour our server said boneless wings were no long available, and asked if we wanted traditional instead. Despite it already being an hour, we agreed because at that point we were emotionally invested in getting our wings. After yet another hour, we still didn’t get our wings and side sauces so we asked the server to cancel them and to give us our receipt. At this point, first the server brought back the receipt with the undelivered wings still on it. After asking twice, the wings were removed from our paper receipt, but after checking our mobile order tab, we noticed she’d just moved the items onto the mobile order and our card would still be charged for food we never got. So on top of terrible service, they behaved entirely unethically and tried to charge us for food we never got. Oh and by the way they never “make it right” like they seem to pretend they do in their google customer replies. Avoid this location if you even want the semblance of a meal or half-decent service.
We stopped by after going to Enchant. There were purple waiting and no hostess. We were told a 25 minute wait but there were a lot of open tables and servers. We sat on the bar area. The bartenders were very nice and attentive. We were told they only had wings and appetizers. But then they brought burgers out to the people next to us. Our food was burnt. And we watched people get ignored while waiting. I would not recommend.
This location was not the best. they didn’t tell us they was out of food until we order drinks then they serve us the wrong food. This is a family establishment but they was not equipped to handle the big crowd that was coming in this is my opinion. We have had the Hot honey pizza and they didn’t serve us what we asked for they serve my daughter hot chicken when she asked with no sauce then was told that it would be a little weight for her to get what she ordered but we didn’t have the time I think that was unprofessional when we asked for no sauce. our waiter act like she didn’t want to be there and when we asked for a supervisor we never got one.
I have been travelling the US for my annual holiday since 10 December. I can in all honesty say that my experience at Buffalo Wild Wings Washington DC Half Street SE was my worst dining experience of my entire trip to date. The portion of fries was wanting and cold, our food did not all arrive at once and the service was exceeded only by the quality of the fries. There was a young child running freely in the restaurant moving chairs and making quite a noise. I overheard a waiter explaining that is is the Manager's child. I have sympathy for the mother and the child as it is probably circumstances that forced her to bring her child to the restaurant. This is a huge safety risk. Waiters are walking with hot food, sauces and other beverages, not to mention knives, forkes etc. My experience at this outlet was bad enough not to give the brand another go.
Follow-up: After posting the review, I received a message from the manager on Google asking me to call them. I called and later received an email asking for details of the transaction so that a refund could be made. Once I supplied them with the information, no refund was ever made and they will not return my emails. The customer service keeps getting worse the further up you go! Original Review: I was in town for a ballgame and stopped by for some food before the game. We ordered through the QR code on the table. Everyone else at the table got their food, but mine was never delivered. When I asked a waitress about it, she said she didn't know but would check on it. She never came back. We finally had to leave and I never received my food. Since we ordered on the web, it automatically took payment for the food that I never received. I filled out a request for a contact from the store on the website and never heard back from anyone. Very poor service and follow-up!
Terrible buffalo wild wings! Stay away!!! I've had great experiences at most buffalo wild wings I have been to but this one is an outlier. Service was terrible, we had to go up to the bar to get our drinks and including a Pepsi. Food took forever, we waited over an hour for the pretzel dippers app. Also we could see the staff just standing around watching the TVs but maybe that is just how it is on Sundays with the NFL on. Also the place had a weird smell.
