Grand Cleaners

Please do NOT use their service! I have given them a few chances and never gotten a really good result but it’s around the corner from my house, they lady is really nice and kept on hoping it was just that one time. I now brought them a leather jacket and a expensive silk shirt. The leather jacket came back dirtier than before but what literally blew me away is how the managed to literally destroy my silk shirt. I can’t even describe how it looks like now or remotely understand how on earth you can ravage a piece of clothing at this level and not blink an eye when handing back to me. Unfortunately I only realized it when back home and will go straight there tomorrow but please do yourself a favor and do NOT got to this guys, I would not even give them my dish cloths to wash.

Impossible to get tailoring services done here reasonably if you work a standard office job. The tailor is only in from 11-4pm Mon-Fri, which makes it pretty difficult to get any follow up alterations done if your garment needs some adjustment and the tailor isn’t present. Staff are frustratingly apathetic.

I came by on a weekend to have some tailoring done, and was told the tailor only works 9-5 M-F. Super inconvenient for anyone who works a standard schedule. I happened to stay home one Monday, so I stopped in at 3:30. I was told the tailor actually only works 11-4, but had gone home early that day. The next Monday was a bank holiday so I had off from work. I called at noon and asked if the tailor was in that day. They said yes, but not yet, and they had no idea when he would arrive. Honestly, I can’t beg this place enough to take my money. How anyone can possibly get tailoring done here is a mystery to me.

Super helpful and nice . They tailored my pants, cleaned my jacket and shirt and pressed my robe all in 24 hours for my graduation. I was very stressed for such a rush job but they handled it all great.. Would reccomend them to everyone

My clothes are still at the laundry and it says temporarily closed. I have come 3 days and still nothing. I tried calling and the number is disconnected. Please let me know how I can collect my clothes!!

I gave them my navy dress whites to fix, provided them with another uniform sample and the night before a ceremony they not only manage to not inform me the iron was down but they completely mess up my patch, now I'm left to scramble for a solution. DO Not Use Stay Away

Worse Service! Clothes are never delivered on Time an the Workers Have Attitude problems When you ask questions about your clothes not being Ready on Time. I Reccomend Do Not Waste Your Time With This Small mom an Pop Business Very Unprofessional!!

Worst experience and customer service since they changed owners. Stained a brand new shirt, didn't even apologize !! not offered anything. They treat customers so poorly it's appalling.

Best service in the area by far. This place has seriously stepped up its game. The cleaning quality is amazing. Staff is friendly and courteous. This place should be in manhattan!

Clean clothes at a reasonable price for the area. Timely and friendly service. I've been a long time customer.
