I have come here many times for repairs and continue to come back because of the quality service and timing. Arthur has a great team that he works with, and has seamlessly fixed so many pieces of mine that have seemed to be beyond repair.

Arthur has become my go-to jeweler. He always does such a great job, has everything done in a timely matter, and shines everything up before giving it back. I time I came in because the clasp on my necklace wasn't clasping. He fixed it, right in front of me, and didn't charge me. He's a total class act and I will continue to be his customer and will continue to recommend him!

Arthur is such a gem! I brought my dinkie little Casio in with a loose clasp and he fixed it while I waited. I was in and out in under five minutes. I will definitely be back for resizing my rings also. 10/10

Took an engagement ring in a couple months ago to get re-sized. Was told it would take a week and it took almost four weeks because they had a hard time finding someone to do the work. No problem. Picked up and paid for the re-size. Fast-forward a couple months and the re-sizing broke right at the cut it had never been modified before. I took it back in twice, as no one was there during their posted hours on their door. The owner asked if it was because my partner had gained weight, then denied the repair as "wear and tear". He was very polite as I denied giving him any more money and left. So if you are looking for a jewler that doesn't do his own re-sizings, won't guarantee the work he sub-contracts it to, doesn't keep his own hours and fat-shames women, I can't recommend it more highly. Reply to Owner's Response: You never asked for proof when I was there, which I would have provided. I have a photo of the exact ring I brought back to you and a receipt. Is your immediate assumption that a customer that says they had work there is lying? You also did not address or apologize for your comments to my wife which I hope you can see is the bigger issue. If you want to rectify you can offer me a refund & apologize to my wife.

Went in for watch link adjustments and he was very attentive and patient as I was trying to find the ideal number of links. Very good service and pricing was fair as well.

Artur is great! He gives reasonable prices for your jewerly and explains the price. My coworker recommended me his shop. It was a bit a ride from another state but it worth it.
