Grand Pet Care Center

I drive over 45 minutes to go to this groomers they are fantastic !!! My dog loves them! He smells fantastic and the owner is trying to really step it up makes amazing changes to an already awesome place. I would highly recommend Grand pet care, it's worth the drive the prices are perfect. I cannot say enough about this place Hudson loves it.💗

I've boarded my dog here three times, ranging from 2 days to 17 days. She's been on medication all three times. I counted the tablets each time to ensure there is enough for each of the days she is boarded plus enough for one more day, just in case. There was too much medication remaining in the container the first two times. I asked the staff about it and they said she did take all her medication. During the third time my dog was boarded here, there was too much medication remaining in the container. The staff admitted that there was a new employee who did not give the dog its medication. This is completely unacceptable especially because we fill out paperwork at check-in stating that medication must be administered. I'm pretty sure my dog did not get her medication the first two times either, but this was the last straw. My dog's leash was also replaced because she chewed through it. This is also suspicious because she wouldn't chew through her leash unless she was tied to it for an extended period of time (unnecessary because she should be in her kennel, not tied up somewhere). Last but not least, I always have to ask how my dog did during her stay. This info should be offered to the owner without asking. I won't be boarding my dog here anymore.

The manager Robert Diaz is the Best. I've been a customer for 20 years love them and highly recommend them...

LOVE THE FAST FRIENDLY SERVICE OF NURSES DOCS AND EMPLOYEES.. ALL ARE BEYOND FRIENDLY TO PETS AND OWNERS.. HAVE BEEN TAKING MY DOGS OVER 15 YRS.. WON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE

I'm so thankful to Grand Pet care, they saved my dog when she got parvo😢. Everyone was very nice and helpful. And the price was very reasonable.
