Service like in room service, as this is a vacation for you furry family members. There are no kennels, no cages, no sad animal faces. I like the indoor play-yard on artificial grass they installed with drainage so that they clean daily. It additionally has a viewing window for owners to see their pets play and mingle. The staff is super friendly; they absolutely care about animals. And the prices are very reasonable and their accommodating service options have better prices when comparing to other pet boarding facilities. Ive personally been to a few other places and in my honest opinion, they felt like an animal county jail. Animals in big warehouse-like rooms full of cages, sad and restless, longing for their owners to cone get them and take them home. Not a great vibe. In contrast, our girls(Labradors) sometimes look like they wouldn't mind staying a little longer to play when we pick them up. And play they do because once we get home they barely have any energy left. Pet service solutions, to me, feels like a hotel resort for dogs(and cats) and I highly recommend this place.

We used their services this past thanksgiving and I am so thankful for this amazing company. We opted for in-home visits, and our pet sitters, Sarah and Carly, were absolutely wonderful. They sent daily updates and photos of our baby girl each of the nine days we were away. When we arrived back home I knew immediately that our girl was 100% loved and cared for just by her happy, playful welcomeness towards us as soon as we stepped inside the door. I've recommended Pet Service Solutions to two different pet families and I will continue to send friends and family their way without hesitation. In regards to home visits, the prices are very reasonable and they will accommodate to your needs. 20 minute visits are the minimum, then you can increase to what works best for your pet. I believe they offer pet sitters to stay overnight as well. ..and I think I remember Sarah stating they will also water plants and collect mail if needed. Another plus! ... The company also provides kennel and daycare services located on Foothill, just west of Towne Ave. The facility is very clean and cheerful, and the employees we talked with were so welcoming and enthusiastic. In the end we opted for in-home visits because I preferred the comfort of knowing our girl was able to stay in the familiarity of her own home. ..just our own personal preference.
